in germany if your a criminal you don t get a firearm, not like in the usa where you go to a gunshow and just buy it, if your with mental problems you don t get a firearm, not like the usa where evry insane person can buy a gun at a gunshow, if you are not sure to be able to use a gun '( you need a psychological evaluation with a doctor) you don t get a gun, not like the usa where you just buy a gun, the result is that theres no guns arozund, and nobody shoots

For you 2nd Amendment literalists, where does it say that in the Constitution?

This isn't about the 2nd amendment. However, the second amend does say "shall not be infringed". Nowhere in the 1st Amendment does it say you can block traffic or disrupt the rights of others in exercising your right to assemble.

The first amendment says shall not be abridged. Nowhere does the second amendment say that gun rights can be restricted.

Nor does the 1st amendment say that freedom of assembly can be restricted.

Yeah it does, fucking read it. It say peaceably.....blocking traffic, claiming on vehicles, and attacking people isn't peaceful.

The problem is the Liberals consider blocking traffic, something that is a violation of the law, as peaceful. The forum is full of posts supporting the protesters doing that saying that if someone has to go a few blocks out of the way or it takes 15 minute longer to get somewhere, tough shit for the law abiding drivers.

"The cops have made some mistakes, but that doesn't give us the right to riot and shoot cops. We need the cops, especially in the black community. We as black people, we've got to do better.
