This is an absolute disaster for San Francisco, and a definite sign of things to come.

Most of the large retailers have already pulled out of Nancy Pelosi's pig sty of a city. Office space is largely vacant. Now hotels are leaving as well. Not just leaving, so disgusted with the city they are literally abandoning over $750 million worth of property, turning it over to the squatters, tweakers, junkies, and other criminals who will descend on the corpses of the hotels and pick them clean.

By the way, this was very preventable, but the DemoKKKrats who run that shithole LOVE this, and everyone who votes for them does, too.

Here's the CEO getting real about why San Francisco is the left's flagship city:

“Now more than ever, we believe San Francisco’s path to recovery remains clouded and elongated by major challenges – both old and new: record high office vacancy; concerns over street conditions; lower return to office than peer cities; and a weaker than expected citywide convention calendar through 2027 that will negatively impact business and leisure demand and will likely significantly reduce compression in the city for the foreseeable future.”

Major companies walking away from loans, mortgages and commitments is a new thing. They know that the city has given them an iron clad defense to any breach of contract lawsuit.

The second act is the massive losses as lenders try to absorb these huge losses. It's like watching a landslide in real time.

Yup, it's going to be ugly. It's hard to imagine how bad the outlook is in San Francisco for them to just walk away and default on a $750 million loan.

This is what left-wing "leadership" looks like.

The DNC are creating these criminal cities so they can run them like Al Capone did.

This is great news! It's beginning of the end for the DNC statist left office holders/candidates across our USA! I mean who would support the DNC statist left candidates after they collapsed S/F in it's entirety?

The likes of Blackrock will swoop in, but them at fire sale prices and make condos of them for the fags.
Cash for homes has Long been an issue

Where are democrats on this one they used to stand up for these types of issues.

This ain’t the 1960s anymore. The drugs many Americans use today are turning them in the zombies. There’s literally one they called tranq…. It’s literally like something out of the movie RoboCop

In Buffalo, I see a number of homeless people in places that it would have been unheard of this year. Even in the suburbs were seeing it. People asking for money on the streets. Just the other day I saw a black guy probably 25 or 30 he was praying in the middle of a busy road in the middle of the city downtown Buffalo by Main Street. He was on his knees has his hands in the air looks like he was high on heroin. …..

Meanwhile the mayor , the city Council, and the politicians live in mansions. They got it all. And it’s happening. It’s a disgrace. By an old historical train track in South Buffalo there’s an abandoned house that is now a crack house. It’s like something from the 1980s I saw that maybe two weeks ago there’s probably 12 crackheads outside of the house something that didn’t exist five years ago.

It’s going to take concerned citizens to do something about this nonsense… the question is will things get worse or better when it comes to drug addiction and crime in America in the next few years?

It is designed to get worse. The momentum is the legalization of yet more and more dangerous drugs. The momentum is the release of dangerous criminals and the acceptance of more crime. The momentum is the importation of the dregs of the world. To stop this forward movement will take a revolution.
