An excellent start would be denying entry of anyone who has travelled through or is coming from any of the afflicted countries. We can fly people there and supplies and if the people want to come home, they go into quarantine for 21 days. They can just hang out and take a vacation for 21 days until they're cleared.

All this hype about how it would disrupt this or that or the other...really? Over roughly 150 passengers a day? Compared to the risks the loss of just those few people not being able to travel freely to the US is paltry.
