CBS/NYT has bad news for Trump, as race is tied post-convention

CNN has us + 3 with 48%

LA Times / USC has us up 4 with 45%

and Gravis has us with 51%

throw in that the socialists are self imploding & we are feeling pretty good

Tracking polls are inaccurate as you saw in 2012 (Rasmussen and Gallup predicted a Romney victory).
And Gravis does not poll cell phones. LA Times tracking is new at polling and is a tracking poll (which suck as I stated above).
Make your own thread about the CNN poll. You wanted CBS to be in line with CNN but it wasn't, thus giving you bad news.
CBS is bad news for you while CNN is good news for you.

So you ignore CBS.

Donald Trump failed to take the lead against Hillary Clinton in a poll (CBS/NYT) conducted July 22-24, after the Republican convention was over.
42% for Clinton 42% for Trump
With the Democratic convention likely to give Clinton a boost, this is bad news for Trump and those wishing that he become President of the United States:
Poll: Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump tied going into Democratic convention

You might want to rethink the boost thing with old noodle head stepping down in disgrace and bernie supporters going on an email induced rampage....just sayin.

Clintoon News Network poll out today has Trump leading with 48% and Hillary's untrustworthy number hits 68%.

Except there's no indication that's going to happen.

You see, most of the 9 million people who voted for Bernie in the primaries are going to get behind Hillary.

the people who didn't want Trump for the GOP, you haven't convinced them yet. Spend some time on RedState,a nd you'll see what I mean.

I thought for sure the chachi and duck guy appearances would have sent his numbers through the stratosphere.

Is that why they plan on shitloads of bernie protesters and put up a fence to control them?

Translation: You should only listen to the polls I'm giving you.

As others have already noted, all polls have a margin of error; usually between 1.5-3%. Any tied or very close poll is a toss-up. This is coming down to electoral college math. Sure, the voters, like the past several elections, will be fairly evenly matched, but it's the electoral college wins which will determine who is President.

Trump dissing Ohio and their governor didn't do himself any favors.

Trump's campaign has even started yet. Mrs. Tuzla is already spending hand over fist. Of course she has all of the establishment and corporate America behind her so she has lots and lots of other people's money to spend.

I am not sure why listening to a screeching barn owl is going to increase her popularity. She is a given, she is known, there is nothing to discover about Mrs. Tuzla.

What she will run on is how much free crap she can promise.

He was behind...

Now he is ahead according some polls.

And this is bad news?

The delusions are strong.

Depends on the poll....there are other showing Trump leading.

Yeah the spin is strong on this one. The OP cherry picks polls....then thinks nobody notices

Well looky there....

Donald Trump bounces into the lead
(CNN)The bounce is back.

Donald Trump comes out of his convention ahead of Hillary Clinton in the race for the White House, topping her 44% to 39% in a four-way matchup including Gary Johnson (9%) and Jill Stein (3%) and by three points in a two-way head-to-head, 48% to 45%. That latter finding represents a 6-point convention bounce for Trump, which are traditionally measured in two-way matchups.

This thread relates to the CBS poll, where he got no bump, so be less stupid, please.

From Sassy's link, we read "There hasn't been a significant post-convention bounce in CNN's polling since 2000. That year Al Gore and George W. Bush both boosted their numbers by an identical 8 points post-convention before ultimately battling all the way to the Supreme Court."

The article is excellent. All should read it.

No one ever said the Democratic Party didn't have an idiot fringe, and any supporter of Sen. Sanders who doesn't vote for HRC is part of that extreme element. I listened to a Bernie supporter being interviewed yesterday, and he was as foolish as those who support Trump. The good thing about the D Party, as opposed to the R's, our fringe is a very small minority of unsophisticated and concrete thinkers, and that set is the majority in the Party of David Duke and The Donald.

with Wikileaks proving that the media does whatever the DNC tells them to I don't believe any poll. Trump has outperformed every poll where he was losing, I expect him to do the same in the general.
