Can you leftist assure me that this is bs?(Obamacare)

The original claim in response to my discussion about piss drinkers who claim there are "death panels" in ObamaCare:

There is a panel that will decid who gets what care, you can call it what you want but it will decide who lives and who doesn't.

Moron

Umpteen requests and pages later, a total failure to back this up, as always with people like yourself.

You cannot provide the provisions because they simply do not exist.

Remember this day.

.

Oh yes, and thanks for showing I didn't call them death panels....kid.

Are you telling me that 3590 is the Bill Obama signed into law?

Show us the provisions in whatever bill you wish which backs up your claim that, "There is a panel that will decid who gets what care, you can call it what you want but it will decide who lives and who doesn't."

We've been waiting for hours for evidence of this panel. Plenty of time to have found it by now, worm.

Distinction without a difference.

So you going to show us the evidence that, "There is a panel that will decid who gets what care, you can call it what you want but it will decide who lives and who doesn't", worm?

You made that claim in response to my discussion about death panels. You think you are fooling anyone?

You've had hours now. Give us a link and quote the provisions.

Remember this day, dipshit. There are no death panels. You drank the piss. I hope you aren't stupid enough to repeat that line about this panel ever again. That's one less meme parrot. A good day's work.

I don't know what provisions there are or aren't. But in reference to my earlier comment.

There is no system of any kind for anything that can provide everyone what they need.

Seeing as this is a resolute fact, it is inevitable people who are not deemed as 'valuable' are going to be denied treatment.

Poor kid, you've been bitch slapped.

You don't know what the Bill is.
You have no idea what the Exchanges do....

...and you are simply repeating what Bammy told you.

Take your ego out of this....it hurts you....kid.

What this guy was talking about is we won't be able to supply people with what they need. This scares me.

Of course we won't be able to supply people with what they need. Take a finite resource, increase the demand, and the cost goes up, as the quality goes down. Anyone who ever believed that Obamacare would be a good thing, and would provide quality health care for all, was delusional to say the least.

Jeebus brainwashed dupes are dumb.

MassCare and EVERY health sytem in the modern world PROVES costs come down and our PUB system is a ridiculously overpriced disgrace- WITH DEATH PANELS.

VOLUNTARY end of life counseling is NOT a death panel, ya GD MORONS.

QHBP offering entities for the offering of health benefits plans through the Health Insurance Exchange, with different levels of benefits required under section 203, and including with respect to oversight and enforcement;

(smile) What is a QHBP kid?

Not only that, Obama waived a tax hike on Cadillac plans for his union pals that is in ObamaCare. Proof positive he is a special interest lackey.

Now that's a provision I'd like to see quoted. The reality is that collectively bargained health plans aren't treated any differently by the excise tax in the law.

There is only one way to bend the cost curve down, and that is through a government controlled one-payer system.

Not necessarily. The problem is that most of the structures and institutions underpinning our system are poorly designed and have bad incentives built into them for actors at virtually every level. The ACA starts to address this on the payer side, the provide side, the employer side, and to an extent the individual side. It remains to be seen how much further we'll need to go but there's no reason single-payer has to be the only system that can work.

Actually we are.

The Bill that was actually signed into law (and it isn't 3590) includes the public option.

That's a doubly silly assertion. There is no public option in the exchanges. And 3590 is the law signed by the President.

It doesn't take much to look at official summary of major actions on 3590: Bill Summary & Status - 111th Congress (2009 - 2010) - H.R.3590 - Major Congressional Actions - THOMAS (Library of Congress)

Note the milestone it passed on March 23, 2010.

The powers that be, namely the left on the political spectrum, wants the government to control everyone's healthcare. Once the government controls the healthcare, the government can control the people.

When the SCOTUS said that the healthcare mandate, or tax is constitutional, it gave the government complete control over every citizen in the United States. You want healthcare, we have healthcare, but you have to live how we want you to. If you don't live how we want you to, we will take your healthcare away and because the SCOTUS said this law is constitutional, if you don't have healthcare, we are going to tax the crap out of you.

You want healthcare? You can only eat this food, you have to join a gym and go 3 times a week, no you can't have your third child because we can afford it, no you can't drive that car because it makes others sick and we can't afford it.

This list can go on and on.

Sorry Gramps.

You better look into HR 4872

You're obviously quoting from the House legislation, which both did not become law and used language that never appeared in the actual Affordable Care Act (e.g. "the health insurance exchange" is never referred to in the ACA, nor are qualified health benefit plans)

You believe ANYTHING, dupe. No other country has done anything like that, and some have had universal health care over a hundred years. (They don't have pub dupes there).:lol:
