They also support institutional racism with government policies such as affirmative action. I always assume a liberal is racist until they prove otherwise. That's the safest bet.
Actually, Obama was never supported by Affirmative Action.
However, I can think of three who were.

John McCain

But white racism -- which happens to be the only kind denounced by our wonderful liberal media, which gives a pass to the racism of blacks, hispanics, Jews and that of just about every other group -- is not only defensible, but actually desirable, while the opposing anti- racist liberal philosophy which advocates "equality", "integration", "tolerance" and "multiculturalism" is not only bad for most of those affected by it, but is in fact preparing the ground for the breakup of our nation on the rocks of racial strife.

So which party membership continues to denounce Jews, Mexicans, Muslims, and of course Blacks? Some are quite open about their prejudices, and others more subtle, but it doesn't take a mental giant to figure out who's racist. Take a look at some of the comments in other topics on this message board, and you won't find "liberals" among them. Do you honestly believe that if an average black family bought a home in a gated community of whites in, say, an old-monied section of Charleston, they would be met with open arms?

RUSH: It's ignorance, and we pay a huge price for this. The biggest price we pay for ignorance is electing so damn many Democrats, which is one of the biggest obstacles to progress and success in this country for the individual human being that I have ever encountered. It is ignorance. Devotion to ignorance, bliss, blissful ignorance, is the only explanation for the election of Democrats.
