In my opinion, no cosmetic surgery should be covered.... unless it is reconstructive from an accident or some other surgery.

So no, i do not think transgender surgery should ever be paid for... unless said transgendered pays for it themselves.

Hip replacement surgery is not ... cosmetic surgery. It restores function... not fuck.
