You and several other posters on this board have been building up these recalls as proof that the 2010 elections were a fluke and that the measures being advocated in Wisconsin were angering the people beyond all reason. And when you lose it's because of money. You never once stop to consider that maybe you were wrong about what was going on. You never stop to consider that maybe the American people support cutting spending and eliminating wasteful government. That maybe a majority of people oppose the public sector unions and the absolutely corruption they represent. No. To you it's all money.

What exactly would have had to have occured in this recall election for you to consider that you might be wrong concerning the mood of the American people?

Republicans won four of six recall races, meaning the party still holds a narrow 17-16 majority in the Senate — at least until next week, when Sens. Robert Wirch, D-Pleasant Prairie, and Jim Holperin, D-Conover face their own recall elections. A third Democrat, Sen. Dave Hansen, D-Green Bay, easily survived a recall attempt last month.

IN OTHER WORDS, the elections of 2010 were NOT an abberation. They were WHAT the voters wanted, and the VOTERS again made that clear.
