Possibly. With regard to the current situation it'll be interesting to see what the Dems do if the win the presidency next time around (in regard to legislation passed by this admin)....

IMHO, the Republicans will have to shoot themselves in the foot as they did when Clinton got elected for that to happen. Odds are about even they are on track to do just that.

The London terrorists are starting their PR campaign. Now they are whining about the conditions of thier jail cells

In London, in an exclusive interview with CNN's Dan Rivers, attorney Arani listed her complaints on behalf of her clients.

She said she was only allowed to meet with them for about five minutes Friday. She complained that they were prevented from calling their families, were being held in cold cells without blankets and warm clothes, and had been denied some food and water. (Full story)

CNN has been unable to corroborate the attorney's allegations. The Metropolitan Police tell CNN they have not been made aware of any official complaint about the detainees' treatment.

A bit more digging reveals that the British authorities had warrants for everything they did to rollup the airplane bombing operation. They had even infiltrated the operation. They did it within the four corners of the law...Get over it.

Its not a question if it was legal. The point is we need to make it easier for our law enforcement and intell agencies to conduct such operations. You can't claim that dems have been doing that when they fight the Patriot Act, NSA phone tapping ect...
