Bridge that connects Crimea and Russia just bombed

That was the Russian supply line on the rail road... SO much for that one. Now three major supply lines for Russian troops have been destroyed. The Russian troops will be starving and without ammunition soon. All three major supply lines are now inoperative. This will escalate things, or it will doom the Russian troops.

War can only escalate when one side refuses to consider peace negotiations.

Biden’s proxy war is getting us closer and closer to actual war with Russia.

They bombed at the point they can't put the fires out and it will cascade from tanker to tanker. The Cement bridge will be unusable after that fire and structurally unsound.

Good. Why would any sane person trust Putin to negotiate anything and keep his word? lol that would just be stupid. Keep fighting until he's deposed. The GOP can go rescue their beloved Hero and Black Rock can build him a nice big giant house to live in in exile. Then they could all sit around a fireplace having vodkas and reminiscing about the good old days when Republican Presidents like Lincoln and Hoover would order Federal troops to gun down uppity proles and bayonet them with impunity and Soviets could starve millions of them at a time.

Sure looks like a war to me! Whatever happened to that big world government meeting needed like when we went to war with Saddam Hussein? Why isn't the world's permission needed here too or does the whole world just want war with Russia? And where was all this resistance when they invaded Crimea?

Why would any sane person trust the clown Zelensky or the U.S. Gov't or the clowns in the EU? Now you know why Trump had to go, they're now getting the war they wanted, with Joe sleeping in Rehoboth.

This all could have been avoided had Zelensky done what Austria did in 1957, declaring in the Ukrainian constitution permanent neutrality.

Both the train bridge and the vehicle bridge have been destroyed. The gas pipeline that is on the Tressel bridge is gone as well. Thats going to put the EU in the vice grips of winter.

Meh, now the GOP shills are suddenly a bunch of little Abbie Hoffman yippies and Jane Fondas. lol cuz Biden! Then when they get in in office it will be all about drafting all the proles and send them to defend Wall Street's interests in Red China, Africa, and anywhere else the elites currently have labor racketeering operations going.

.. along with other western banks, over $120 billion and more under the table. Compare that to their investments in Ukraine, something less than $20 billion at the start of the war, so the GOP is hoping to suck up some cash from Black Rock for supporting their hero Putin.

CIA, US Special Forces Presence Now "Far More Extensive" In Ukraine: Report

Authored by Dave DeCamp via AntiWar.com,

US special operations forces are on the ground in Ukraine as part of a broad covert operation that includes CIA personnel, The Intercept reported on Wednesday, citing unnamed US intelligence and military officials.
The report said that the US withdrew its CIA and special operations assets from Ukraine shortly before Russia’s invasion, although one US official said the CIA "never completely left."

The report said that the finding President Biden is using is an altered version of a finding originally during the Obama administration:
"One former special forces officer said that Biden amended a preexisting finding, originally approved during the Obama administration, that was designed to counter malign foreign influence activities. A former CIA officer told The Intercept that Biden’s use of the preexisting finding has frustrated some intelligence officials, who believe that U.S. involvement in the Ukraine conflict differs so much from the spirit of the finding that it should merit a new one."
It’s not clear what the US personnel are doing inside Ukraine or where exactly they are operating, but the presence risks provoking Russia. The covert operations contradict President Biden’s pledge not to send troops into Ukraine, which he said before Russia’s invasion could spark a "world war."

Commentary:
There's no doubt that Special Forces and U.S. satellite intelligence is assisting the Ukrainians.

During WWII there were many instances of soldiers from all sides who engaged in sabotage, often knowing even if they succeed (especially if they succeed) that their chances of survival were slim.

Was this simply a missile or is there something more James Bond about this? Considering the timely photo taken, it may be the latter.

It appears to have been a truck bomb...the latest we have:

A truck bomb Saturday caused a fire and the collapse of a section of a bridge linking Russia-annexed Crimea with Russia, Russian officials said, damaging a key supply artery for Moscow's faltering war effort in southern Ukraine.

The speaker of Crimea’s Kremlin-backed regional parliament immediately accused Ukraine, though the Kremlin didn't apportion blame. Ukrainian officials have repeatedly threatened to strike the bridge and some lauded the attack, but Kyiv stopped short of claiming responsibility.
The bombing came a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin turned 70, dealing him a humiliating blow that could lead him to up the ante in his war on Ukraine.
Russia's National Anti-Terrorism Committee said that the truck bomb caused seven railway cars carrying fuel to catch fire, resulting in a “partial collapse of two sections of the bridge.”
The 19-kilometer (12-mile) bridge across the Kerch Strait linking the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov opened in 2018 and is the longest in Europe. The $3.6 billion project is a tangible symbol of Moscow’s claims on Crimea and has provided an essential link to the Crimean Peninsula, which Russia annexed from Ukraine in 2014.

The Peninsula holds symbolic value for Russia and is key to sustaining its military operations in the south of Ukraine. If the bridge were made inoperable, it would make it significantly more challenging to ferry supplies to the peninsula. While Russia seized the areas north of Crimea early during the invasion and built a land corridor to it along the Sea of Azov, Ukraine is pressing a counteroffensive to reclaim them.
