This is overwhelming the case; maybe 12 cases a year, out of hundreds of thousands, are even questionable, which is an outstanding record. There is no 'war on blacks', and anybody who claims that should be deported for fomenting violence, or charged as an accomplice the very next time a police officer is shot by some thug somewhere.
