Biden the debate giggler

I'm starting to believe Biden isn't lying when he claims to not know about something discussed like Libya, F&F, etc because they don't let him in the room.

He is sent down to the Romper Room with some crack when the CIA comes over with slides to brief.

He delivers the talking points of the day and acts like he really believes them.
