The staffers made their thoughts known, not just to the President, but to the nation.
The staffers are all back to work today without punishment from Biden.

That is a good thing. .Biden honors the right for different views, even from his staff. The basis of the 1st ammendment. That is the basis of our democracy.

Contrast that to what Trump does to any staffer who questions his action behind closed doors or in public. They are quickly fired. Trump uses his power and visibility to degrade the dissenters.
That is what you expect from a dictator. That is not the characteristic of a democracy. It is the chartacteristic of an autocracy
