Trump did NOTHING of the kind. Off shoring of American jobs continued unabated throughout Trump's Presidency. Manufacturing jobs were at 2009 levels iin 2019, all due to Trump's tariff on steel.

Reagan didn't raise the minimum wage the whole 8 years he was in office, and he broke the unions. Republicans have only raised the US federal minimum wage once since Nixon was in office. That was 2008 when W was President.
