Socialism is when the people run Business but the Government owns it and the people vote on wages.
Communism is when the Government owns and runs Business.

The corruption is the same in all of them. Rich people buying their way into power.

Check Australia Socialism. Dirty rich people like Rupert Merdoch buy the media and politicians. Then the people's vote for wages aren't what the politician is supposed to put in act, "they can't just vote directly on issues either, they rely on dirty politicians that can get paid off"
