20.7 of Jobs in Baltimore Are Government Jobs
If ever a sound argument can be made for how to ruin a city by filling it with Government (unionised) workers it's 'B'.
A bloated Government bureaucracy full of 'AA' hirings wherein four people or being paid for the work output of one person in the private sector.
"I know. The City finances are in deep trouble. The only way to increase our revenues is to hire more people to do less work. They in turn will buy more fast food then the fast food business has to pay more money in taxes right?"
