Actually Mr. Avenatti has already put out his first ad and has established a PAC. He's definitely a serious candidate, and probably more qualified than the others who are considering. Which only requires an allegation. A judge granted ivanka a divorce based on "cruel and inhumane treatment", itself based on her credible allegation of rape.
