The difference between a nation that is an ally to America as Australia is (for the most part), vs a nation that stabs America in the back (for the most part) in the Canadian security apparatus.

Huawei is a massive threat to America. Aussies ban them, Canada embraces them and even accepts big money at State run CBC to run ads!

You will hear more from me soon on the issue of Canada and trust...

Australia bans China's Huawei from mobile network project, angers Beijing

SYDNEY (Reuters) - Australia has banned Chinese telecoms firm Huawei Technologies Co Ltd from supplying equipment for a 5G mobile network, citing risks of foreign interference and hacking which Beijing dismissed as an "excuse" to tilt the playing field against a Chinese firm.

The move, following advice from security agencies, signals a hardening of Australia's stance toward its biggest trading partner as relations have soured over Canberra's allegations of Chinese meddling in Australian politics.

It also brings Australia in line with the United States, which has restricted Huawei and compatriot ZTE Corp from its lucrative market for similar reasons.

The government said in an emailed statement on Thursday that national security regulations typically applied to telecom carriers would now be extended to equipment suppliers.

Huawei has already been shut out of the U.S. market because of national-security concerns and banned from the 5G network by the Trump administration. Australia only followed the U.S. by blocking the Chinese firm from doing business in the country and Canada is very likely to follow suit.

Silent Invasion: How China is Turning Australia into a Puppet State has fuelled debate - some have welcomed discussion about China's influence, while others say it could fuel xenophobia.

The book, by Australian academic Clive Hamilton, argues that Beijing's reach has extended into Australian politics, business, education and religious groups. China has previously dismissed similar allegations as "hysteria".

Why do you think Canada will follow suit?

They have a major footprint here, as do many Chinese companies, often by proxy. Huwei is a major sponsor on state run CBC. They will be given access, one way or another this you can be sure of.

Canada doesn't enforce bribery, that's how we grease U.S politicians and executives palms to steal your jobs. Canadian politicians with a feckless police apparatus are more than willing to allow this spying communist company to operate here.

As an example, Canada has allowed Chinese companies to gain access to military technology that is classified and bought from the U.S thus, threatening you. When a Russian company (meaning the Russian govt.) bought Uranium One, a Toronto company, no fewer than a minimum of four agencies oversaw this: Toronto Police, Ontario Police, RCMP and CSIS. In other words, we allowed this purchase with the full realization of the risks to the U.S, and, knowing I'm sure, that some of this money would find it's way back into Clinton coffers.

You trust Canada at your own peril, take it from me. This is not a capitalist nation...
