Arms trafficker caught without need to license gun owners or register guns, or universal background.

The real problem is the criminality of the Democrat voters...

Why else would you bring up the prison population if you didn't think serving time for felonies wouldn't cost Hillary your vote???

Uh, dude, I brought it up because you did.

You gun-nuts claim that all we need to do is lock up people and all our problems would be solved.

But we lock up 2 MILLION people

Compared to Germany which only locks up 78,000 or Japan that only locks up 69,000.

(Yes, they have smaller populations, but per capita, we are locking up 1 out of 150 while they lock up 1 in a thousand.)

Now here's the crazy thing. You guys claim there is a right to own a gun but not a right to vote.

And you wonder why there is a crime problem.

are you off your meds.....

Now here's the crazy thing. You guys claim there is a right to own a gun but not a right to vote.

Please...explain how you came up with that........

Suicides don't count...

Guy,do you have any new material?

Better yet, do you have a conscience?

Would you go up to the mother whose teenage son shot himself with that gun she foolishly bought for protection and say, "Well, his suicide doesn't count.. Don't take my compensation for my tiny penis!"

Frankly, you seem fine with a lot of misery in other people's lives because you don't want to fill out an extra piece of paperwork you claim up and down you would pass.

19,000 Americans committed suicide without guns....guns are not the issue...I am not a lefty so I would not push my political agenda over the dead body of a woman's child....you assholes have no problem doing it though...I guess you know how to wash blood out of your shoes and the legs of your jeans....as you wade through the blood of victims to get to the nearest camera.....

The extra piece of paperwork is not filled out by criminals, the ones committing the gun murder.....you want to punish law abiding, normal gun owners because they want a gun for self defense..by catching them in a felony trap for a clerical error on a government form...even though they aren't using their guns to commit crimes....

The actual guys using guns to murder people...aren't filling out any paperwork to get their guns......

The crime problem is a result of America's failed diversity experiment

Um, yeah. Okay. So when you brought those black folks over in chains, it was a "diversity experiment"

Same with those Hispanics you have working in sweat shops.

Of course, other countries are just as diverse as we are and don't have a crime problem beacuse they don't let guys with tiny dicks buy guns.

Please...explain how you came up with that........

I could explain it to you and you still wouldn't understand it.

Okay- Europe- Everyone gets to vote, they have social democracy and a safety net and no one is eating dog food. Even the most conservative parties won't try to change this.

America- We have institutional racism and poverty, we keep a large section of the population from voting (if ex-cons could vote, they'd change the political balance in this country). But we make it damned easy for them to get guns. They can't change the country, but they can certainly go out and commit guns crimes pretty easily.

But you'll cower in your home with your gun and your bible and say, "Well, at least I'm free like the founding slave rapists wanted, and not some sissy European Socialist!!!"

What other countries are as diverse? Mexico deports illegal aliens...Japan doesn't allow foriegners to become citizens and Europe is almost all white....

Europeans and Africans brought the slaves over here....our founding documents ended the slave trade when our country was created.....

we don't have institutional racism..what we have is the democrat party that creates poverty to stay in power...directed at minorities. Every American gets to vote....of course you want violent sociopaths who support democrats to vote......of course you would.....

Yes.....there is no reason to license gun owners, no need to register guns (if it is unConstitutional to require felons to register their illegally owned guns, then it is unConstitutional to force normal gun owners to register theirs) and there is no need to have universal background checks...

How do I know we don't need those things...because another illegal gun seller was caught without them....he was caught the way all other criminals are caught...with actual police work...

New Hampshire man arrested for trafficking arms to Massachusetts

John Miller, 29, was arrested on a host of charges in Tewksbury, which is about a 30-mile drive from his home in Milford, New Hampshire. Charges include:

  • trafficking firearms,
  • sale of an assault weapon,
  • sale of a large capacity shotgun,
  • carrying a firearm without a license,
  • possession of a large capacity assault rifle,
  • possession of a large capacity shotgun,
  • unlicensed sale of ammunition,
  • possession of ammunition without a license,
  • commission of a felony while being armed,
  • and 11 counts of possession of a large capacity feeding device.
Tewksbury detectives along with Special Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives began investigating Miller after his alleged attempts to sell firearms in Tewksbury and at least one other Massachusetts municipality.

Miller agreed to meet with an undercover ATF agent at the Holiday Inn in Tewksbury. He sold undercover agent an assault rifle, shotgun, and more than 3,000 rounds of ammo.

After Miller was arrested, investigators searched his car and found a loaded handgun and more ammunition. He was arraigned at a Lowell District Court on Oct. 21.

Now....do you think if he was willing to sell all these weapons illegally, and risk a long jail sentence and huge fines....that any law that you create could keep him from doing this.....

Would licensing this guy have stopped him?

No.

Would requiring him to register those guns have stopped him?

No.

Would requiring that all private sales go through a background check have stopped him?

No.

So what is the point to those laws......?
that is what happens in communist states

Former Massachusetts (anti-gun) senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy's private bodyguard was arrested with illegal weapons and Teddy pulled some strings to dismiss the charges. Gun laws don't matter to the elites. When you get right down to it the entire ATF leadership could be arrested for gun running when operation fast/furious went south but the democrat party hypocrites don't care.
that is also the way it works in communist states

those in the party have the strings to pull

those not connected oh well

go directly to jail do not pass go

The reality is, most guns used by criminals started at a gun store. they weren't delivered by a gun fairy.

In Chicago, 20% of the guns recovered from gang members all came from ONE STORE. That isn't a coincidence.

IN Milwaukee, Badger Guns was responsible for most of the g uns used in crime. Yet it's taken a lot of work to hold them to account.

Do you know why.....because they sent in people with clean records to pass the mandatory background checks....

It takes a lot of work to catch them in a felony trap because the person actually buying the gun passed your background check laws....because they weren't criminals and the gun store didn't sell any of those guns to actual criminals....they filled out the background check forms, got the background checks you guys want , passed those background checks and then sold those guns to gang members after they passed your background checks.....

all guns start out legal because they are created by legal companies.....

All computers start out legal...and you know....about 90% of computers used in Child porn, identity theft, stealing state secrets, and cyber bullying were sold by bill gates.......so he needs to go to jail since he sold more computers used in crime than this gun store did...right?

'Honest mistake' leads to Philly mother facing three years on gun charge

A Philadelphia mother of two is facing three years in prison after she mistakenly entered New Jersey, where she was stopped for a traffic violation and found in possession of a handgun loaded with hollow-point bullets.

Shaneen Allen, 27, was pulled over in New Jersey’s Atlantic County after making an unsafe lane change in the early morning hours of Oct. 1. Allen then told the officer that she had the .380 Bersa Thunder handgun, as well as a concealed carry permit for Pennsylvania, unaware that her permit was not transferable to The Garden State.

“The gun charge was not proper to begin with at all,” her attorney, Evan Nappen, told FoxNews.com. “She made an honest mistake.”

Allen, who has no criminal record, was later charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of hollow-point bullets. If convicted, the illegal possession of the handgun is a second-degree felony punishable by a mandatory minimum sentence of three years in prison.

New Jersey man seeks pardon after legally owned gun makes him convicted felon

When Steffon Josey-Davis was pulled over by police along a New Jersey road two years ago, the young security guard never imagined his legally owned gun would be confiscated -- and the incident would make him a convicted felon.

Josey-Davis' nightmare began on the morning of Sept. 20, 2013 when he was preparing to leave his North Brunswick, N.J., home for a job as an armed security guard with Loomis Armored, a company responsible for transporting money to banks.

While unloading his 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun inside his car, his 6-year-old sister wandered into the family's garage, startling Josey-Davis. He quickly tucked the firearm inside the glove compartment and out of the child's view, according to his account.

Hours later, while driving at night with his girlfriend in Highland Park, he was pulled over. Josey-Davis says he was going below the speed limit.

But the fact that he did not yet have a permit to carry the gun -- which was stored, still loaded, in the glove compartment -- resulted in his arrest.

The 24-year-old now has a criminal record and is unable to secure a job -- and his dreams of becoming a police officer are dashed. The latest Garden State resident to be caught in a legal entanglement over the state's strict gun laws, Josey-Davis is now seeking a pardon from New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and has mounted a robust social media campaign, including a Change.org petitionthat has attracted more than 85,000 signatures to date.

-------

This is a case of a law-abiding citizen being turned into a criminal by New Jersey gun laws," Nappen told FoxNews.com.

Brooklyn Dad Facing Jail for Shooting Intruder

In Brooklyn, N.Y., Ron Dixon and his family were jolted awake by a noise early one morning.

There was a stranger in the house. When Dixon saw the intruder enter his young son's room, he grabbed his 9 mm pistol, loaded it, and moved to the entrance of the boy's room. He saw the man rifling through drawers, and said, "What are you doing in my house?"

Dixon says the burglar then moved toward him. He told his girlfriend, Tricia Best, to call the police.

She did, and as she was on the line with the 911 operator, Best heard shots ring out.

Dixon had shot the intruder. "I fired at him twice. He fell down the stairs and he lay at the bottom of the stairs," Dixon said.

The intruder, Ivan Thompson, survived. He's a career criminal who's been arrested 19 times and convicted of criminal trespass, burglary and attempted assault. Thompson is now being held in New York's Rikers Island jail.

The local paper called Dixon a hero. He is a Navy veteran, a father of two, and had never been in trouble with the law.

‘Hero’ Headed to Rikers?

So how was the hero treated? He was arrested and charged with "criminal possession of a weapon" — threatened with up to a year in jail, because his gun was unlicensed.

The district attorney did offer Dixon a deal — if he pleaded guilty they'd just put a misdemeanor on his record and lock him up for just four weekends. Guess where? … Rikers Island.

Dixon turned down the plea bargain and tested his luck in court. He said he couldn't pay his mortgage if he had to spend weekends in jail. "I work at a Wall Street firm. I do 40 hours on the weekend as well as during the week," Dixon said, adding, "That might mean that I would be out of a job."

Dixon's concerns didn't sway prosecutor Charles Hynes. Hynes wouldn't talk to 20/20 but he has said of Dixon's case, "You get caught with a [unlicensed] gun in Brooklyn, you're going to do jail time."

Dixon said he had bought the gun because he had been robbed at gunpoint in Florida. Dixon said he paid a gun law consultant $500 to help him with the paperwork to get a license, but the consultant took his money and went out of business.

Dixon's neighbors are outraged by what's happened.

"He shouldn't get no jail at all. He shouldn't — because he was protecting his family and his house," said a man who lives on Dixon's street.

Come on. Prosecutors are allowed discretion. When the career criminal, who was in Dixon's house, got his first conviction, he got probation, no jail time, but Dixon has to go to jail?

Dixon said the thought of going to jail for simply defending his family scares him a lot.

Sooooo...I just gave you three stories of normal gun owners, who never committed a crime with a gun, whose lives have been destroyed by clerical errors...they are not violent socipaths....you know, democrat voters.......and they obeyed all the laws...except minor paperwork that you insist on...that doesn't target criminals but targets these normal people....

Good job.....

What other countries are as diverse? Mexico deports illegal aliens...Japan doesn't allow foriegners to become citizens and Europe is almost all white....

Europeans and Africans brought the slaves over here....our founding documents ended the slave trade when our country was created.....

Are you some kind of fucking retard? They did nothing of the sort.

There was a law passed in 1807 to end the slave trade, but ONLY after the United Kingdom had abolished it and used the Royal Navy to stop anyone else from doing it. Of course, by that time, they had enough of a breeding population where they didn't need to bring more over. You just needed to rape the ones who were already here a little more.

The United Kingdom is about 8% non-white. And, yes, a lot of their minorities occupy the lower rungs of the economy.

Oddly, they aren't all shooting each other. Probably because they dont have access to guns.

Uh, no. they all had guns they didn't have permits for and one of them had an illegal type of ammunition.

So no one gets busted for paperwork.

Their minorities weren't destroyed by the democrat party.......who preach single parent motherhood and fatherless homes......and blaming everyone else for their problems....
