Aren't Louis Farrakhan's words in this video actually a TERRORISTIC THREAT?

In this video, Muslim preacher Louis Farrakhan says that "yesterday, today, and tomorrow" he is willing to kill in some cases over someone speaking against his faith...isn't that actually a TERRORISTIC THREAT?:

Nope. For it to be considered a 'terroristic threat' he's have to threaten a specific person, or order others to assault or kill a specific person. An abstract, "there are some cases he'd kill' is no more illegal than when a conservative politician mentions "second amendment solutions" and such. :)

Well, actually his exact words were, "I love the Honorable Elijah Muhammad enough that if you attack him, I will kill you. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow." He's obviously threatening people in relation to speaking against his faith.
