With Trump heavily favored to win in 2020 and Ruth Bader Ginsburg getting older, are we seeing the beginning of a massive change in terms of pro-choice vs. pro-life?

Regardless of your position on abortion, Roe v. Wade was one of the worst SCOTUS decisions ever written. The Court is merely waiting for the right case to modify or reverse it.
 
Actually not just the will of the people living in those states. The question you should be concerned with is this an isolated area?
 
If it takes one year or 100, pro-lifers will fight to protect life at all stages until we win.
