Anyone notice

That when Obama care was ruled unconstitutional the government insisted on going ahead anyways .
and When the Wisconsin Legislation presumable legally passed a law that was signed into the law the government decided to halt it going into effect?Rather then having a proper trial ?
Anyone find this kind of behavior disturbing?

Yes, it is disturbing. Thankfully, more and more people are seeing it also and the tide is turning in favor of the American taxpayer. Don't let them frame the debate. This is a taxpayer revolt. It has nothing to do with "corporate Power" or Koch. Keep focused while they scream and holler.

He's either a communist or a nazi

can't be both

SURE HE CAN...*Both* are totalarian...and fail toward rights/Liberty of people.

Stop smoking whatever it is you are...

The difference is the objective. Obama currently is following fascism, which is a centrally planned economy technically in private hands. But he's not a fascist because his objective is to shut them down and have the government take them over. So you are certainly right in that you can have fascist policies and be a socialist. But I'd have to agree with JBeukema that he's not technically a fascist and a socialist since both are not his objective, only socialism is.

I reiterate my main point. If the government violates the constitution, what is the consequence of it?

I don't see any so far.

I doubt anyone will punish those deliberately violating the law either. It's almost never happened.

The consequence is Revolution.

So, um, you wanna kill babies?

One will die without each and every one of these programs, ya know.
At the risk of detonating this grain elevator... let's light a match and take into account that those who wish to keep many of these 'for the children' programs are often the same ones for aborting 'unwanted' children.

I detect a certain amount of inherent hypocrisy in this regard.

I'm not saying this about you Samson... but I've seen others I know of that opinion say both. Save the children, kill the fetus people I find hard to follow.

But the JUDGE that RULED against it was FEDERAL...

Square that up...you cannot.
But two FEDERAL judges ruled in favor of it.

Which rules?

Latest Ruling rules...Obama and Holder IGNORE...

*NEXT*

Technically, that's not true... It's not a "Last one rules" type of thing...

The first time something is ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL it remains so until that particular ruling is overturned on appeal... It doesn't matter when the ruling is made chronologically...

The Florida judge's ruling could have come first in the order of rulings and it would still remain UNCONSTITUTIONAL no matter how many judges rule that it passes Constitutional muster subsequent to the initial ruling....

A ruling of Unconstitutional basically trumps any that say it's OK...

A ruling of Unconstitutional basically trumps any that say it's OK...

Why? Why would one judge saying it is unconstitutional carry more weight than two judges saying it is constitutional?

because it is technically and officially unconstitutional when ruled as such...

Every law passed is basically "Constitutionally OK" until it is challenged via a specific case (with standing)... I don't know the specifics in which the other cases were adjudicated, but the one in FL, representing 26 states, was found to have standing and the judge ruled that the law is unconstitutional...

Barrycare is officially unconstitutional and those 26 states are perfectly within their rights to cease all activities related to it's enforcement...

Does this seem right ?
how more of your freedom and your children's choices are swindled

But, you know, we also give money to Pakistan--Pakistan is on the border with Afghanistan--and it's given in the name of helping that country. Pakistan doesn't support us, I think, adequately in our war on terror in Afghanistan, but yet we continue to give them money.

But here is something that most Americans may not know about. We give money to Venezuela. Why do we give money to Chavez and Venezuela? He hates the United States. He defies our President, makes fun of our Nation. We don't need to give him any foreign aid.

We give $20 million to Cuba. Why do we give money to Cuba? Americans can't even go to Cuba. It's off limits. It's a communist country. But we're dumping money over there.

And we even give foreign aid to this massive country over here, Russia, that used to be called the USSR.

And the zinger of them all, this country. Even though we are in debt $45,000 per American, and most of that debt is owned by the Chinese, this Nation gives foreign aid to our good buddies the Chinese.

Actually, I'm parodying the socialist/bleeding-heart party line, which has nothing to do with any avoidance of hypocracy, but more to do with waving a bloody shirt until your social agenda is accepted.

I'm pretty sure that each and every one of the bureaucracies listed above is the result of some sociologist's grant-funded study that concluded that fewer children would die as a result of creating additional government.

It is a macrocosim of forcing kids to wear helmets when riding a bike: Sure, kids fall off bikes, and some are injured.

Does this warrent a Bureau of Bike Riding Safety?? A Department of Child Road Traffic??? An Agency of Helmet Awareness???? A Program for Parental Street Safety?????

Why not ALL THE ABOVE???

Now that would be just silly. Not that it's unconstitutional... just silly. Bike Riding Wardens.

Children with their brains all over the street are NOT SILLY, you Unfeeling Barbarian!
That's right! I am an unfeeling barbarian! I hope to get em with my car too!

We clearly need to get you into an Federally Funded Anger Management Program.
Ooh! Ooh! Anger czar! Anger Czar!

I wanna be the ANGER CZAR DAMMIT!!!

I will KEEEELL YOU IF YOU DON"T LET ME BE THE ANGER CZAR!!!!!!

That is because obamaturd and his cronies do not anything that is legal and properly done in their gov't. They are liars.
