Anti –Immigrant, National Socialist, Xenophobe
A poster asked another poster if he could back up the claim that the anti – immigrants were racists, xenophobes and racists. Well, I invited that poster to a debate forum, but he will not show up. So, I will present a preview of why those in the ant – immigrant lobby are racist xenophobes.
1) The first thing I notice about xenophobes is that they whine about what they call “illegal immigration,” but when they are called on it, they will stay on forums sympathetic to their cause. There they destroy the threads by trying to repeat an error AFTER it’s been addressed. They will post a lot of colorful posts complete with pictures and cartoons – and if that fails, they will post ten pages of supposed “proof” instead of an excerpt of the point they want you t think they are making. They cannot dazzle you with brilliance so they baffle you with B.S.
2) Anti – immigrants are too afraid to respond to the substantive portions of the postings of others. They live in fear of exposure rather than an honest explanation of what they feel is wrong with a proposition set forth. For example, I’ve asked perhaps thousands of times about why a Congressman introduced a certain piece of legislation if crossing the border were already illegal. As of this date, NO anti – immigrant has even attempted an answer. The only answers you get go like this: Admit Nothing Deny Everything Make Counter-Accusations. The first two things I mentioned are evidence they are hiding something
3) The anti – immigrants are constantly advocating that we change our immigration laws to that of socialist and dictatorial regimes. I’m smelling National Socialism
4) The anti immigrant will ALWAYS accuse foreigners of “stealing American jobs.” That’s impossible because the jobs belong to the employer that creates them. When the State controls labor and production, you have a SOCIALIST country. So, they long for a National Socialist solution to a perceived problem
5) National Socialism under Hitler relied on National ID made possible with a tattoo. Anti immigrant lawyer and U.S Rep. James Sensenbrenner introduced the National ID / REAL ID Act that forces a National ID card upon Americans. Sensenbrenner also introduced HR 4437 which is an anti immigrant proposal that FAILED to be enacted into law. National ID / REAL ID is Hitler’s tattoo idea on steroids.
6) The so – called “Patriot Act” was introduced by Rep. James Sensenbrenner, that same anti – immigrant Congressman that brought you National ID and the anti – immigrant HR 4437 legislation (did I mention HR 4437 failed?) The so – called “Patriot Act” repealed the Bill of Rights under the pretext of immigration control and securing the border. The so – called “Patriot Act” was endorsed by every Congressman and Senator that carries the hard line on immigration
7) The anti – immigrant lobby supported SB 1070 which allows racial profiling, provided the profiling isn’t the only criteria. The problem is, the other criteria require DUE PROCESS and all anti – immigrants hold an antithetical view toward DUE PROCESS – even calling those who defend it “liberals.” DUE PROCESS is a constitutional principle.
8) Anti immigrants support the notion that the police and the military can act as one in enforcing what they believe are laws aimed against what they want to call “illegal entry” into the United States. No such statute exists AND you do not use the military to enforce domestic laws in a constitutional de jure Republic. Anti – immigrants support an absolute POLICE STATE with the military carrying out police duties
9) Anti – immigrants are racists because they claim to be able to look at a welfare line or a hospital waiting room and “see” the people they believe are “illegal aliens” as they obsess over calling them
10) The tenth reason that anti – immigrants are xenophobes is that their entire movement is predicated on racism. The first modern Border Patrol was started by David Duke (a former Nazi and then KKK leader.) The whole Minuteman concept relies on Duke’s talking points and the same research Duke relied on.
The rhetoric appeals to murderers, violent criminals, and people that were proven to be white supremacists and neo – Nazis:
In 2003, in a case involving a militia group called Ranch Rescue, the members of Ranch Rescue attempted to detain some people trespassing over private property and come into the United States without papers. In short, they were charged with crimes; the property owner lost his ranch:

Like it or not, the courts said that the immigrants had civil rights and, from what I can tell, the courts have apparently said that those civil rights trumped the property Rights of American land owners.
Since that time, the anti – immigrant lobby has been able to con a lot of Americans into a race war against Hispanics with bad strategies – the SAME strategies that sent the Ranch Rescue members into prison. The anti – immigrant, National Socialists have proven that their campaign is based upon racism and hatred, NOT any genuine effort to restore the Republic and guarantee Liberty.
The first self appointed Head Honcho that came along after Ranch Rescue was Jim Gilchrist. I told people within the “movement,” at that time, he was a racist and a Nazi. All he did was reintroduce David Duke’s Border Watch idea from 1977. Duke was an ex Nazi turned K.K.K. leader.

Look at that, he’s now crying after I spent YEARS warning him and the rest of that bunch the long term ramifications of calling people “illegal aliens” absent Due Process. You see, Huff was presumed guilty too… just as those foreigners HE judged absent Due Process.
My opinion is their strategy sucks.
My opinion is that any “movement” that attracts this inordinate number of killers, liars, and social misfits is probably not a very serious “movement” over the long haul. In J.T. Ready’s case, it was proven they can twist the arms of politicians, but like Russell Pearce proved, those politicians will throw them under the bus the first time it becomes convenient.
The facts are the anti – immigrants are directly responsible for the so – called “Patriot Act,” the National ID / REAL ID Act, the end to the presumption of innocence, the crackdown on your Miranda Warning, and the proliferation of warrant less searches. The anti – immigrant / National Socialists have been instrumental in the assaults on private property and have added fodder for the anti – gun lobby in the future.
They have lied to you and they have misrepresented themselves to you. For ten years they have dodged and ducked me when I’ve challenged them to a public debate – one on one. When they feel threatened, like on these discussion boards, they turn the topic into a freaking joke; they continue to try and prove disproven myths just to baffle you. That’s my top ten. The National Socialists / xenophobes of the anti – immigrant persuasion are afraid to leave their comfort zones to Debate Forums; they do not understand precedent laws; don’t care about the long term ramifications of denying people the Due Process of law. To put it into the English vernacular, they are chickenshits that run like the cowards they are once you take them out of their comfort zone. That’s why I’m here, about to get spammed and my thread treated like a circus. They will NOT debate and discuss the substantive portions of their case.
In short, the anti – immigrant lobby is morally bankrupt. Their leaders and supporters will never leave their comfort zones and debate people in venues where they lack majority support. Notice, I’m on their playground and they won’t dare visit mine. I challenge them, they are too cowardly to accept – except on boards where they feel confident counter points cannot be made.
