Another US Rambo Cop Executes kids pleading for their lives and is not charged

They were NOT trying to hit him with their car. That cop is a bad one. He got away with murder.

OK, then what was the driver attempting to do? The video surely shows him backing the car up toward the police officer's side of the patrol car.

Do you think he wanted to congratulate the officer for being able to keep up with hi on the 100+ mph chase?
He wanted to get the hell out of there and run again, thats what.
He had it under control with the first 11 shots. They weren't going anywhere. To have the time to reload and fire 10 more times? Beating the dead horse. In this case, the dead hooligans.

I guess you are just smarter than the members of the Grand Jury. Russell County Alabama is across the river from Fort Benning, GA and is the home of a huge number of Army personnel living off post. ,I doubt very seriously that there was anything amiss with the makeup of the Grand Jury. Why do you question their ability to assess the evidence, which you have not even seen nor heard?
I don't know what happened..only can see what is shown so you may be correct. Still...it seemed overkill to me. Pun intended.

Personally, in my opinion, the cop was pissed after the chase and high from adrenaline and it got the better of his judgement. I mean..come on. They are pleading and he takes time to reload, then fires 10 more shots?

Maybe. The real overkill was:
A. Stealing the car
B. Running from the police
C. Trying to run over the cop.

If he had pulled over when initially noticed by the police, he would still be alive.

The driver deserved to be shot dead for driving 107, as far as I'm concerned. He very well could have killed a lot of people at that speed.

It was overkill. He and the department will each be sued and the families of those shot will receive a payoff.

But..he didn't kill anyone.

Yes, what they did was bad.
No, the cop did not need to shoot 21 times when the first 10 took out the driver. Dead took out. You know. DEAD.

Just another example of suicide by police. If you don't want to be shot by police don't do a crime. My kids today, have lived into their mid 20s because I told them that if they put themselves into a compromising situation that bad things could happen. Unfortunately, liberals don't tell their kids this, but intentionally tell their children to challenge authority and do what ever they want. So liberal kids get in stolen cars, drive recklessly endangering other peoples lives, then try to run over police who lives matter, then when they are shot, the lefties step up and say it is the police's fault for defending themselves. Darwin awards for the kid who died trying to be a liberal thug, as now that gene pool has ended and wont be spread around.

Of the three kids in the car, who committed the crime?
All 3 of them, 1 as driving the car fast, the other 2 for aiding and abetting the crime. If the 2 would of stopped the driver, beat the shit out of him for driving recklessly and reported to the police, then they would have a case on not being shot.

But..he didn't kill anyone.

So if someone with a gun points it at you, but is shot by a policeman before he can kill you, was the dead shooter innocent? The guy didn't kill anyone, yet.....Dumbfucks like you would end up dead, I would gladly give you a Darwin award as your gene pool needs to end with you.

What if the policeman also shot his unarmed buddies who were standing beside him?

THe criminals were very much in the wrong for that high speed run. A lot of people die that way, and many are innocent bystanders.

The cop was obviously overly excited and not in control.

How does the policeman know that the unarmed buddies are unarmed? Are their hands up, why didn't he boys bail out of the car when it came to a stop, with hands up? Dumbass...

So you are for policemen being shot? You want to go to an extreme, well then here it is back at you.

I generally back police, although on the face of it this is pretty outrageous. The reloading part is beyond the pale.

Did yo not watch the vid? Soon as the cop got out of his car, bullets were flying. They didn't have a chance.

Another Rambo cop executes and murders more kids while they plead for their lives, emptying his service weapon into the car full of kids as they plead and beg for their lives, he pauses to reload then empties another magazine into a car full of kids hitting every one of them and murdering one.

Phenix City, AL – A graphic video, released as part of a report issued by the Alabama State Bureau of Investigation, shows officer Allan Brown firing eleven shots into the vehicle, after engaging in a high speed chase, pausing only to reload and fire another ten shots into the vehicle as the teens can be heard begging for their lives.

“No, Stop! Please!": Cop Empties Pistol into Car, Reloads as Teen Begs for Life, Opens Fire Again

Grand jury says: he was 'just doing his job', despite he purposefully placed himself in harms way by standing dangerously close to the vehicle so he claim "fear for his life". Was he really in danger? Really?

Why was he not indicted for murder?

The system is broken people, the core problem cant be fixed!

Does anyone have a 'rational' explanation for this?

Ok then. Let's establish then that in America, you commit any crime, you could be executed for it.
Wow, talk about how a libtards goes to an extreme. But lets use the Saudi Arabian method of punishment.
If you are caught stealing the first time, your ear is notched. That is a warning not to do it again.
If you are caught stealing the 2nd time, they look to the ear, and if notched, you lose your right hand, and do not get welfare but live with your own actions to remember.
If you are caught stealing a 3rd time, if you have lost your right hand, you now lose the left hand and need to learn to do things with your feet, you parents or friends need to take care of you, because it isn't up to the government to feed and clothe you.
If you are caught stealing any more then there is no hope for you, because you are too stupid to be allowed to continue to live, and are then executed. People with rap sheets a mile long should of been put out of their misery at page 1. If you cant learn that doing crime is bad, then you don't belong on this planet. When I lived in Saudi Arabia for 5 1/2 years, I could leave my front door unlocked and not worry about thievery.

Liberals hate me, because it is liberals who steal, cheat, murder, lie, and any other immoral and law breaking that can be done.

Saudi Arabia cuts off thief's hand as punishment
The last time a man's hand was cut off by Saudi authorities was in December 2013, the only one on record for last year.

Also, Saudi Arabia has one of the highest execution rates in the world. It has carried out at least 78 executions this year, most of them for drug smuggling.
One idiot American thought he could get away with smuggling drugs into S.A. through the military postal system, when he was caught, the Saudi's gave him 5 years in their jail system, where friends and family had to bring him food or he starves, and the water was a stream from 1 side of the room to the other side, and you didn't piss into the entrance of the water. No compassion for the criminals.
Anyone who thinks Saudi Arabia is an appropriate model for a court system should probably be sterilized.

Any prosecutor can (and this one certainly did) deliberately scuttle a case. It is quite simple.

I personally think it's a lack of training by the police. Even though they carry tasers, it seems that their first move is to draw a gun and start firing, and not really paying attention to what the actual situation is.

In OKC, a cop recently shot a man who had a rake and was ignoring his commands, but that was because the dude was deaf, and the people around him were shouting to the cop that the dude was deaf.

Oklahoma City Police Fatally Shoot Deaf Man Despite Yells Of 'He Can't Hear'

And, in AZ, a police officer saw some teenager acting a bit strange and decided to detain him. The only reason the kid was acting strange is because he's autistic, and again, people were trying to tell the cop that the kid was acting strange because he's autistic.

Parents demand answers after autistic boy held on ground by officer

Yeah, the police need to get better training.

Can we really blame it on to training? What if we are simply hiring cops that are cold blooded killers?

The real problem here is that these cops are not held to account. They stick their foot under a spinning wheel of a car where a kid is trying to escape, blow them away and scream their life was in danger, the very danger 'they created' for themselves and get away with entrapment.

I disagree this is some dumb cop who needs training, they are trained to entrap people so they can justify opening fire on them. A deaf man with a rake? Autistic kid? The courts simply turn their heads the other way, why?

There is an obvious problem here on several levels, I wonder if others will bring up the biggest one.
Marksmanship?

"Certainly" because you say so or certainly because you have actual evidence that the prosecutor threw this case?

Just wondering
