C'mon, the Catholic Church in Boston has one of the worst records regarding gay pedophila in the priesthood. "Gravely Immoral" begins at home!

 

What ever happened to the right to practice ones religion as guaranteed in the constitution which the liberals are so fond of quoting!

No one's forcing them to do anything, let alone revoking their right to practice their religion.

 

Sure they are.

1. Catholic Charities was running those adoption agencies to obey commandment of "Love Thy Neighbor", "feed the hungry, house the orphan".

2. They cannot run an adoption agency unless they allow gays to adopt kids through their agency.

3. The Catholic Church observes the proscription against homosexuality or the promotion of it.

If I were an attorney, I'd like to argue that Massachussets law violates the First Amendment protections of the free practice of religion.

Gee.... where are all the libs' outrage against the separation of church and state on this one? Oh yeah, when the State squashes religion it's a good thing, at least to libs.

 

No, Catholic Charities are not having their right to religion infringed upon. But the point is that maybe this group could have had a nice warm cup of "live and let live" instead of killing an adoption charity to score points for the gay agenda.

While you're at it, maybe you'd like to argue that Massachuset's Law against murder violates Muslim's religious rights to kill the infidels.
If the Catholic Church can't operate an adoption agency within the law then they should shut it down.

 

Well, I've heard a lot of dodgy definitions of "liberal" on this board, but "opposed to pedophilia" hasn't been one of them.
