In first place, Hank, the Citizen's United ruling DIDN'T result in their stealing the election. Oh...they tried mightily, and spent billions, but The People are smarter than they thought. We didn't fall for it and all that money was wasted!

On the key question, ol' Hank must not be familiar with the Constitution to start with. No amendment is needed for the legislature to determine what is or is not free speech. They've done it several times already (slander laws, yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, etc), so a new amendment isn't necessary IF Congress really wants to address the issue.

They don't. It might interrupt the cash flow and I'll bet Hank knows it. Pretending the need for a Constitutional amendment is just a convenient place to hide and do nothing.
