Grutter v Bollinger has set the dangerous precedence of affirmative action, allowing unsuspected classes to gain admission to better universities than other students. The goes against the core of the 14th amendment, which calls for equal protection under the law. I am a true American who believes that ability should decide admission, not the color of your skin.
If this is somehow supposed to solve racism, then I'm sorry, but reverse discrimination will not solve racism, because racism is a social problem. Let the Americans of our future generation be allowed to not be judged by their skin color, but rather their ability to excel.
