from what I understand GM has had a good year as Ford and chrysler, and they have paid back a large portion of their debt, but I don't think they negotiated the loan to be a short term loan.

GM's sales in the country surged 21.3 percent in May from the same month last year and rose 1.7 percent from April, it said in a statement.

You can't hide that corporations are making historic profits. The DOW has doubled. Only demand creates jobs. You know these things to be true, right? At least admit that.

Now, if there is no demand, no jobs will be created. Tax cuts only work for people who have jobs. Admit that too.

So, is there a Republican Plan to get money into the pockets of the Middle Class? In the past, that was done by rebuilding the country. But we spent that money in Iraq, so Republicans say "That's out".

So you guys have no plan. Right. Come on. Either admit it or tell us the "plan".

from where i sit Dean.....your side does not look any better then their side.....biggest Economy in the Country,11% unemployment,funds being slashed from EDUCATION and Social Services for the Elderly and Handicapped,Companies leaving the State,People leaving the State because they cant afford to retire here,infrastructure falling apart,but they are trying to get a Train built that very few want instead of getting that money to repair the existing infrastructure,some State Union workers getting 90-95% of their pay when they retire,must be nice,when Obama lowered my taxes,the State sucked it up with their new ones and their "FEES"....so much for that 40 bucks.......so why should i listen to what you have to say?....

well Dean?.....why should i think your side is better than their side?....convince me....with the Economy this State can muster.....the way you talk about how great Democrats are....i should be living in the most advanced environment on the fucking planet......sooner or later Dean you just might start realizing that the Democratic party may not be as great as you and so many others think they are......this Country was at its best when both parties worked together and kept an eye on each other....and that last happened sometime last Century.....

One thing I do know is, since Obama became prez, I have had to pay more income taxes on less income.

Two gallons of milk, a year ago was $3.38, it is now $4.79.

Maybe.. just maybe.. unlike what you leeches think.. it is not about HELPING anyone.. .it is simply about preserving freedoms, keeping the government out of every last aspect, and letting people succeed or fail all on their own.... and while the REPs have done a poor job lately as well, on taxation, big government programs, etc.. it is far more likely that we will get more toward less interference, less government, and less nanny state efforts with REPs than we ever would with socialists, liberals, and DEMs
