Adam Schiff Has No Authority To Issue Subpoenas On Impeachment Inquiry

Maybe you should read it again. It's directly on topic.

Wrong again commie, the intel committee signing subpoenas for agencies that are not within their jurisdiction are not valid by court precedents. That is the topic.

Here's a question for you, what committee has jurisdiction over the pentagon?

.
Pure bullshit. As of 2015 that is completely inaccurate.
That was when the REPUBLICANS changed the rules

Really, when did they change the court precedents?

.

It will make a huge difference when the subpoenas are challenged in court.
Negative. It will make no difference, as the relevant committees are also signing off on the subpoenas. As has been pointed out to you several times.

You have yet to demonstrate any relevant committee has signed of on anything. Saying it, doesn't make it so.

.

You and all Trump minions are absolute fricking idiots. A major goal of our founding Fathers was to prevent a monarchy. They built in the seperation of powers. THEY DID NOT WANT THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OR THE PRESIDENT TO HAVE TOO MUCH POWER. Trump and his idiots are undermining a major tenet of the Constitution by giving Trump unfethered power.
Congress absolutely has subpoena power. How do you think Clinton was impeached?

Once again, you are an idiot but I think you know that.

What law school did you graduate from. Who was your Constitutional law professor?

Hey dummy, Clinton was impeached after he was investigate by an Independent Counsel and after he struck a plea deal with the State of Arkansas on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice.

To this point the DOJ has said Trump has broken no laws, see the difference? As for you commie propaganda, shove it.

.
You do not have to commit a crime to be impeached. Impeachment is based on "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

"treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
So tell the class which of those terms are not crimes.

You can't impeach a president just because you don't like his policies or think he has poppy pants.

You might want to read what the founders said in the discussions on the impeachment clause.

.
You did not do your homework like most student's who flunk.
Read Graham's explanation from the 1990's.
But it is illegal for a President to solicit election help from a foreign nation. The evidence is building that is exactly what Trump did.
In a civil court there is no doubt he would be found guilty. A preponderance of the evidence points to nothing but an attempt to get dirt on the top rival from the Democrats.
Camelcrap.
Trump did not solicit election help from a foreign nation and all the evidence is in the public domain because the POTUS released the phone transcript and Zelensky admitted he felt no pressure and there was no quid pro quo. Adam Schiffty's "parody" was proof he knows there is no "there" there but some people are easily fooled by shiny objects.
"Russia...if you're listening..."

Have you noticed the Hysterical House Dems try to impeach on that? Yeah ... me neither but they did vote 322-95 to table the last floor vote on impeachment - effectively killing it - just 13 weeks ago. At least try to keep up ... or don't.

House Rules give this authority to Jerry Nadler who is now frothing at the mouth over his power being given to Schity Schiff.. Nancy isn't even following the House rules which clearly state the judiciary committee has authority over impeachment procedures, she is a law less tramp...

This is why they did not actually vote for an impeachment......

They gave it to schiff because he can do everything behind closed doors......hiding testimony, witnesses......if they actually took a vote on impeachment, that would force it to go through the judiciary committee where it would have to be in the open, and where Trump would have Rights to access all their information, all their witnesses, with the Right to subpoena witnesses and interrogate them.....

This is a Star Chamber ...........

I'll love watching their head explode when the courts start bitch slapping the subpoenas that aren't worth the paper they're printed on.

.

Which courts....they will go to their pet judges on the 9th, 4th and D.C. circuit.....

Only the DC Circuit has jurisdiction and Trump loaded the with conservative judges.

It's not my opinion, it's the federal courts opinion, did you bother to read the provided link? Subpoenas are not valid unless they are issued in matters within the committees jurisdiction.

.

Since the committee has jurisdiction over presidential oversight, where do you see a problem?

Where is that on the list?

In the constitution, dumb ass.

Cite the "intelligence Committee" in the Constitution, dumbass!

You stated "Trump did not solicit election help from a foreign nation...".
But...you're right...they really should mention that little piece of solicitation as well.
Still, there's only so much paper to write all this stuff down on.

So the current congress killed impeachment... But Nancy goes ahead anyway without approval of the body... That is tantamount to Treason.

From what I've seen of Schiff and the other Democratic leaders, if there is a will, there is a way. They have taken laws and legal process and thrown them out the window. They are burning every resource and using every trick in the book to take down President Trump.

The reason? The Barr report...he has just expanded the investigation into obama, the FBI and the CIA to the overseas cooperation with Australia, Britain, Italy...... the attempted coup against Trump is the worst political atrocity in our history, and the democrats were pushed to start the impeachment early in order to beat the Barr Report.......

The Barr Report has found NOTHING. That’s why the probe is expanding. That’s because there’s nothing to find.

Republican invent crimes and then look for evidence to prove their crimes.

Democrats see crimes and investigate what they see. That’s why Democrat’s get convictions and Republicans end up investigating the Clintons for 35 years and end up with nothing.

When did you read the Barr Report?

Is time travel s hard as we think it might be? Was there another version of yourself in the future?

Sorry, but that is just not true. The house judiciary committee didn't even exist until the late 1800s and Speaker Pelosi ordered all impeachable offences to be forwarded to the judiciary committee anyway.

None of that has anything to do with the topic.

Maybe you should read it again. It's directly on topic.

A lot has transpired since 13 weeks ago, in case that slipped past your limited attention span.

You should go tell him that. I don' think he knows it because he just issued another batch of subpoenas.

They most certainly have oversight authority over the Executive Branch as a coequal branch of government, and the President, to keep congress in check, has the Veto power...

Great, show where it is written that Pelosi needs the entire House to vote on authorizing an impeachment inquiry....
