Pure bullshit. As of 2015 that is completely inaccurate.Maybe you should read it again. It's directly on topic.Sorry, but that is just not true. The house judiciary committee didn't even exist until the late 1800s and Speaker Pelosi ordered all impeachable offences to be forwarded to the judiciary committee anyway. Why, because the intel committee has no jurisdiction on impeachment.
Jurisdiction:
The committee oversees all or part of the following executive branch departments and agencies:
United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence - Wikipedia
- Office of the Director of National Intelligence
- Central Intelligence Agency
- Defense Intelligence Agency
- Department of Defense
- Department of Energy
- Department of Homeland Security
- Department of Justice
- Department of State
- Department of Treasury
- Drug Enforcement Administration
- Federal Bureau of Investigation
- National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
- National Reconnaissance Office
- National Security Agency
- Office of Naval Intelligence
- Twenty-Fifth Air Force
- United States Army Intelligence and Security Command
- United States Coast Guard Intelligence
- Marine Corps Intelligence Activity

Kind of makes you wonder what kind of shit these people are trying to pull.
None of that has anything to do with the topic.
.
Wrong again commie, the intel committee signing subpoenas for agencies that are not within their jurisdiction are not valid by court precedents. That is the topic.
Here's a question for you, what committee has jurisdiction over the pentagon?
.
That was when the REPUBLICANS changed the rules
Really, when did they change the court precedents?
.
