NY State law allows for it as long as you get 1 doctor to sign off on the "health of the mother" being at risk.

Not life, health. It also doesn't talk about viability in this situation either.

Don't blame me for how they wrote their law. As written it allows for abortion during the entire pregnancy as long as 1 doctor says the woman's health is at issue.

In NY if a woman can convince a doctor she would be depressed after having birth she can have an abortion up until the last second.

If you give up responsibility for your health care , in the future when the governments of this world are forced to deal with overpopulation , they will already have the right to force you to have an abortion. It's already happened , China was forced to deal with it. No one wants any government with that type of power over us.
