Abbott Unveils New Immigration Three Word Slogan: Nope, Nope, Nope.

Prime Minister Tony Abbott has debuted his latest in a string of three word slogans used to articulate the position of his Government on asylum seeker issues. The new phrase “nope, nope, nope” takes the place of the previously popular “stop the boats” and the unreleased but internally acknowledged “die somewhere else”.

Abbott has said he believes the slogan firmly articulates the Coalition’s position on a range of issues and is the kind of strong marketing message that really cuts through with the Australian people.

Our Prime Minister is right. If Australia accepts Rohingya asylum seekers who are getting on boats in the Andaman Sea, many many more people will get on dangerous overloaded boats, and many more would drown.
