Any one familiar with it and have you used it. It is what one needs for the big game on any continent. I wouldn't mind trying it al least once.

What kind of a gun shoots that round?

My uncle did that with a 30.30 playing chuck corners on the Rifleman. It was good hours ride to the nearest clinic. 🙇‍♀️
30-30 ain't no AR. I thought the Rifleman gun was 45-.70 government.

My buddy didn't put a 12-gauge on his nuts and pull the trigger. :auiqs.jpg:

You know, my best friend did that with an AR he built.

He had some kids after that. :dunno:

When I was in Basic training in 1971 and the DI was introducing us the M-16, he put the butt of it to his forehead and let off a short burst to impress everyone with the light recoil.

I wanted to get a 45-70 Marlin but couldn't find one.
But I did find a 30-30 Henry sidegate which was similar to the first gun I went hunting with when I was 15.

The Walmart store here carries a Henry in 45-70, if you want to drop $750 on one. They're pretty rifles.
