There are actually several hundred DIFFERENT viruses that we collectively call "flu", but actually are totally and completely different.
Flu vaccines do NOT fail to provide full immunity.

And the spike proteins of coronaviruses are IDENTICAL to that of exosomes.
The only difference is that exosomes only have 1 instead of many.

They by both have rounded heads, so that they can make good contact into the same ACE2 receptors.
