53 Texas hospitals are out of ICU beds

Actually the article states it as 14.1% in any event clearly all the beds are not occupied by covid patients.
"Around 87.1% of all hospital beds in Texas are in use — the highest level since the start of the pandemic — with 14.1% of those beds occupied by COVID-19 patients. When Gov. Greg Abbott began to relax some COVID-19 restrictions on businesses in October, his order maintained reduced restaurant capacity and kept bars closed in regions in which 15% or more of hospital beds were filled with COVID-19 patients."

15% of ALL hospital beds. Not just ICU. All of them. That is, ya know, a lot. Unless you would like to say the people who spend their lives working in hospitals and are sounding alarms are all gnereally incompetent liars, and you two guys know better. Would you say that?
