5 Republican Facts That Every American Should Be Mad About

LOL, addictinginfo??

And believe me...we see that you lefties live in a CONSTANT state of anger, so these here won't make much of a difference.

What we do see is the lefts LOVE OF A NANNY GOVERMENT though. And of COURSE to get your UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, you have to use the GOVERNMENT to FORCE and STEAL other peoples monies to PAY FOR IT, but they don't have a problem with that either.

WE THE PEOPLE, NOT ME THE INDIVIDUAL. Did you steal your freedom today?

1. Ronald Reagan was AWFUL.

The golden boy and savior of the Republican Party, Ronald Reagan , is often made out to be the best thing this country has had in our history. What you won’t hear on right-wing TV and radio like Fox News and Rush Limbaugh is that Reagan nearly tripled the national debt.

2. Universal Health Care could have happened in 1993.

In 1993 health care reform was all the rage. President Bill Clinton placed his wife, the First Lady Hillary Clinton, as the face of the program. Promising all Americans to finally receive the care that many other nations had, Hilary Clinton tried to drive this message home not just to average Americans but also spent plenty of time in Congress.

3. Medicare should be covering all of us by now, if LBJ had his way.

In 1965, when President Lyndon B. Johnson signed into law the Social Security Act of 1965 as add-ons to the existing Social Security bill, he had in mind full universal health care for all Americans.

4. ”Big” government is NOT the problem.

From moderates to extremists, every conservative can agree on one thing. Government is the enemy. From Ronald Reagan’s famous quote to the loud mouths on talk radio, the idea of Government in your life has been drilled into people’s heads as a negative. What most of these Americans don’t realize is how much they use and like a strong government.

5. The Bush Tax Cuts are even worse than you thought.

Continuing on with “Reaganomics”, George Bush enacted his “Bush Tax Cuts” in 2001 and 2003. According to the non-partisan Congressional Research Service, they estimated a loss in revenue over a 10 year period of just under $3 trillion. If you include the interest that needs to be paid, you can add another $606 billion, for a total of $3.6 trillion.

Opinion, move along now.

The attentionmonger Rinata is busy again. Next she'll respond with insults and restating her position without sources to back up her opinion. Predictable, lame and worthless.

lol, here we go with the LEFT jumping in to dump on the dead guy.

gotta have something or someone to dump on I guess.
Because they can't jump on their issues because they know they are wrong, so they attack someone who can't defend themselves. Typical libtard socialist behavior.

So instead of making up your own bullshit, you are c-ping someone elses.

Irangate, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Chemicals and biological weapons for Saddam, Abandoning Afghan to the Taliban, arming Osama Bin Laden, what WAS that crack thing (CIA selling?), 200 marines in Lebanon, etc, etc-no trouble in store there....Just the legacy of Boooosh.....
Mario Cuomo: "Reagan made misery acceptable"....And NO, Gorby ended the USSR, not Mr. Bluster
(we're lucky he didn't BLOW it ). Pubs also blocked health reform under Truman and Carter. Obamahhhhh.

Ronald Reagan took the republican party into the insane mind frame they now have.

He taught them it was good for their party to hate poor people and ignore facts

There are many misconceptions about Ronald Reagan. While he believed in smaller government, he also believed in government that worked. He wanted lower tax rates, because he felt the rates at the time just didn't make sense, but he also closed many loopholes that led to higher tax revenues even while lowering the rates. Also, as Governor of California, he signed one of the biggest tax increases, if not the biggest, in the state's history. He also raised SS taxes, something that should have kept SS in good shape for decades to come. Unfortunately, every Congress since then has used the excess funds for general expenditures.

Dittoheads hate history and facts, as well as the victims. I told the Turks who hated Raygun for supporting their dictator that Reagan was a lovely fellow who didn't know where Turkey WAS, just had NO IDEA what he was doing or the suffering he was causing, thought he was in a movie fcs.

I think these are facts. You don't because they paint conservatives in a bad light. And you're the idiot. Always have been and always will be.

View attachment 14491

and you see them as facts becuase they paint conservatives in a bad light.

It would be the same as me saying that "democrats push for entitlements so they can get votes" is a fact......but it is not...it is my opinion.

So I suggest you stop taking that high road that all neagtive opinons about conservatives are facts....they are not...they are opinions.

(Bell rings).....lesson over

Hope that wasnt too confusing for you.

Conservatives are taking back control of the country- so these types of ugly attacks will only get worse as we get closer to 2012.

The debt super cycle that was started by FDR in 1933 - is ending now (more like blowing up in our faces!) and the country is moving strongly towards fiscal conservatism. That means less spending, less government, and more personal responsibility. Brace yourself for lots of mud slinging as entrenched special interests start feeling the pain......
