Not a huge wine connoisseur. However, I do like the totally-together taste of Thunderbird wine, the American Classic.

Grape skins contain histamine. White wine is made without the grape skin, so it has a lower histamine content than red wine, which is made from the whole grape. A histamine sensitivity could make you more susceptible to a headache.

The Cabernets I like , but they are just not among my first choice.

I never could stand wine.

I mean I get it as it should help with the palette during a good meal but it never appealed to me.

I would say Wagner Family's Caymus is about as good as it gets.
Silver Oak from Napa is excellent.
Then Stag's Leap Winery...who beat the French in the original wine contest back in the 70s for reds....Cask 23, SLV, Fay
