You couldn't find anything a little more complete?

If I sell a home and already have company provided health insurance, do I have to pay?

Did you know there is already a capital gains tax on the sale of investment property. And an exclusion of capital gains from the sale of a principal residence?

If I short sale my home (take a loss) what is the tax? Lots of homeowners upside down in their mortgage.

Any better information out there?
