jan 21 2015 Kanye West's past came back to haunt him during a deposition in the case brought against him by a photographer he scuffled with in 2013.

During a meeting with his lawyer and the plaintiff's legal representative, the rapper admitted to being convicted of a felony 14 years ago, according to TMZ, who obtained the deposition.

But Kanye, now 37 and wed to Kim Kardashian, went on to say he received unfair treatment from police at the time because of his hairstyle and the shirt he was wearing.
