2016 Democratic Party Primary Contest Part 1

Not all of the Democratic Party candidates expected to give IT a try have take actions or declared intent that would require filing a Statement of Candidacy (FEC Form 2) with the FEC to register as a 2016 presidential candidate. Some will put it off as long as possible or just back out. Others will enter and drop out along the way. I suggest a way to keep it all together. When the primary race tightens up a part 2 should be in order. How to tell? While it is obviously a question of perception, maybe a dreaded *consensus would be in order? (*humor :laugh2:)

Note: An interesting side note is as of today's FEC web page we have 271 candidates of all stripes and flavors having filed for 2016.

Yeah, lot's of no-namers and some crazy assed ones are on the list.

When Obama was cruising to a near unanimous primary win in 2012, a "Knasti" ran against Obama in West Virginia (the one state where when you divorce your wife, she is still your sister!!) and got 41% of the vote!

Now, on the serious side:

for all intents and purposes, Chafee declared on April 16th.
Sanders is likely to declare.
And O'Malley as well.
Maybe Schweitzer.

Hillary SHOULD be primaried. It's good for the party.

None of these potential candidates to date (April 19, 2015) have filed the necessary papers to officially declare:
Chafee
Sanders.
O'Malley
Schweitzer

So Kerry-eque

I doubt anyone can beat her. She's the most famous woman in the world and she eats burritos, flies coach, and carries her own luggage! Who can fight that kind of "real"?

The party has to know that she's a high risk candidate, that the wheels could come off at any time or she could sweep to an easy victory.

O'Malley and Webb are smart to be there just in case. Sanders can't win, but he makes some hard-hitting points.

that the wheels could easily come off ANY candidate's campaign is a given, but the easy victory is her strong suit. That is if it truly even exists outside of perception.

Hillary is the one! She has all sorts of connections with Wall St., so she knows where to get her money. She was also in Bosnia and faced enemy fire, shows she has courage. She is a women and she will get women to vote for her for that reason alone. Bergdahl, Benghazi and e-mails, none of that really matters. She also has character, she stuck with her husband through his numerous infidelities. She has punished several foreign countries that have deplorable women's rights records, she took their money and will keep taking it until they change their position.

She seems to be head and shoulders above all of the others.

IMHO hiLIARy is in precarious perch. In 2008 she tried the mean "I'm a strong bitch" model and a mezzo-fanuke tyro beat her.

This time she is going with the "soft grandma" approach. That leaves her vulnerable to a strong "alpha male". That begs the question - are their any "real man" Democrats? Or are they all a bunch of limp wrist half-fags? Jim Webb is manly enough, but the rest? O'Malley and his guitar? Sanders? Who's manly enough to beat her?

actually, that is as far from the truth as one could possibly get.

How so?

Is Barack Obama not a mezzo-fanuke tyro? He wears mom jeans and throws like a girl!

Is it not true that In '08 hiLIARy tried to portray herself as a "strong bitch" who voted for the Iraq war??

Yeah, she did.....and it blew up in her face....That;'s why she lost to a sissy....
