Hawaii one of 16 states filing lawsuit against President Trump's emergency declaration to fund border wall
16 states have filed a law suit against Trump’s emergency border wall spending.
AP - California's attorney general has filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump's emergency declaration to fund a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. Xavier Becerra released a statement Monday saying sixteen states, including California, allege the Trump administration's action violates the Constitution. Joining in filing the lawsuit are the attorneys general of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, and Virginia. Becerra says there is no emergency at the border.
Xavier Becerrca is a very typical dumb racist Democrat.
He wants to change America into another Latino country.
It's amazing that these backwards left wing states are are actually fighting to end America’s sovereignty.
A country without borders will soon cease to exist.
We are just like all of the other countries on our planet.
We have a 100% right to control our border crossings.
