I read the other day, that now he wants to raise property taxes. The end result of that will have a two fold affect on the price of rent, which in his campaign, he promised to lower.





The results of this will be an increase in rent for any building that is not rent controlled. And generally, will increase rent across the board.

Communists generally stop at the level of, "That should be free" and don't acknowledge that there are actual costs associated with everything.

"Food should be free". Somebody has to work hard to produce that food. Are they going to do it for free?
