The story here is in the news that Biden/US rejected the offer and the possibility of a peaceful resolution. This tells us that Washington had confidence in a win against Russia. Or in the least, a depletion of Russia's military capability by it being expended on the backs of the Ukrainian people.

Sadly as always, antiwar.com places great prorities on doing dirt on Biden at the same time as professing an antiwar agenda.

It's an article with several interesting twists for consideration. Mainly being both Germany and France being ignored by Biden.
