Putin took the entire very strategic Crimean peninsula without firing a shot thanks to Biden.

Also as a direct result of that 2014 coup, the Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts seceded from Ukraine and became independent republics.

After Quid Pro Joe became de-facto president of the USA, both the Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts held referendums to join the Russian Federation. And so did the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts.

Under Biden's policies the Russian Federation has been increased by 5 oblasts.

Putin is definitely celebrating those massive gains.
