America has a lot at stake and that's very troubling, considering the rules that were agreed upon for this war will be at risk.

If Russia turns to nuclear weapons, all bets will be off the table and the lower 48 better be prepared. Russia isn't going to take a major hit without a full blown counter offensive.

America may decide to write this war off to experience. It's still batting about 39 out of 40 on wars of aggression.

Only one thing is pending and that's America's ability to wage wars without interference from minor players. That will be gone forever if America forfeits this one.
