Likely 5 plus grand a worker/year/doubling their salary........even though my Kiwi crop and Grapes were destroyed by fires in Chile a bit ago. The house is gone too.
I'm too old to revive that project so it's up for sale to younger folks who can re-group. If it doesn't sell in a year or so I'll give it to my(former) workers down there........with a stipulation that 25% of the profits go directly to the dept of education.

of course that is before the $trillions provided to them by the liberal welfare state. It seems they live in poverty because of the welfare state. Why work when the benefits are so generous?
