“You’re Here Because of Your Tattoos”

All of that needs to be determined in a court of law
No, by an immigration official in a hearing. IF he entered legally. If he didn't, his due process should be "prove you entered through a port of entry and were given a court date to judge your status". If he didn't or can't prove he did, just a quick boot over the border is in order.

Much as you’d like it to, that’s not how the system works ya dumb ass

Trump shows leadership when he makes it to the toilet, rather than in his pants.

What we have here is a Dictator and a failure of the Constitutional Right to due process

Is this something you get sent from the Office , or do they ask you to pretend that you are a naughty little school girl ?

I think there is some truth to that. The problem being some of those men didn't have gang related tattoos.
Our Gang member Bugger 86 must tell us how he became an expert and what Tattoo is used by the Troll Bot louts .

I posted the figures before... It is 96% that show up for their hearing...

And that doesn't include people who went on to Canada (or other country) OR returned home...

The MAGA here just struggle with facts..
The main findings of the report include:

  • 83% of nondetained immigrants with completed or pending removal cases attended all of their hearings.
  • 96% of nondetained immigrants represented by a lawyer attended all of their hearings.
  • 15% of those who were ordered deported because they did not appear in court successfully reopened their cases and had their removal orders rescinded. In some years, as many as 20% of all orders of removal for missing court were later overturned.
  • Individuals who apply for relief from removal have especially high rates of appearance.
  • Appearance rates vary strongly based on the immigration court’s location.
  • The Executive Office for Immigration Review’s method for measuring the rate at which immigrants fail to appear in court presents a limited picture of the frequency of missed court appearances.

Look at the stats, they are manipulated. Of course, illegals represented by a lawyer show up. If 15% successfully reopened their cases, 85% failed. I just don't believe the 83% number, if it was true immigration courts would be swamped. The organization making the report is a pro-illegal immigrant NGO with every incentive to manipulate teh numbers in its favor,

Much as you’d like it to, that’s not how the system works ya dumb ass
Because the pro-illegal alien NGO have corrupted the system and teach illegals how to game the already rigged system.

Tell your story walking jackass

That’s the system.

Ya don’t like it… change the law

Look at Troll Bot , Leech .
Impressing us with his Conspiracy wisdom about the differences between bad and not so bad ass --- presumably using a mountain dialect .
What the **** are you talking about you crazy person…

Were they in the country legally?

If not, I don’t give a shit what good boys their moms and lawyers say they are.

This may be THE worst cause Democrats have ever taken up from the standpoint of alienating voters.

In this country you need to be proven guilty

Not the other way around
They are gang members, and it would cost millions of tax dollars screw that! Just let them live with you, and your family, and you pay for everything deal? They aren't citizens

Actually, I don't think you do. Cuz in your mind they are less than human. Which is just how the regime wants you to think.

Suárez, whose story has also been reported on by the Venezuelan outlet El Estímulo, is an aspiring pop musician who records under the name SuarezVzla. His older brother, Nelson Suárez, said his sibling’s tattoos were intended to help him “stand out” from the crowd. “As Venezuelans, we can’t be in our own country so we came to a country where there is supposedly freedom of expression, where there are human rights, where there’s the strongest and most robust democracy,” Nelson said. “Yet the government is treating us like criminals based only on our tattoos, or because we’re Venezuelan, without a proper investigation or a prosecutor offering any evidence.” (All interviews with family members for this story were conducted in Spanish.)

Hopefully they'll use their one phone call to tell their friends to self-deport.

Ohhh I get it.

It’s too expensive to exercise the rule of law

Just lock up anyone you want to save money

Brilliant

On illegals, you bet your arse, it is that money could be better spent on say, oh I don't know, vets, and our homeless, you clueless bastard, how many have you opened your home too

How do you know they're the worst? They're doing this all in secret.

There are reasons they were in jail for so long and it had little to do with the government. Defendants waive their right to a speedy trial when they delay things by their own actions, such as changing lawyers.

You honestly don't care about reality. It's just narrative.
They weren't offered a trial, maybe you should worry about your fellow Americans. Instead of someone who broke the law by illegally crossing our border.
