What is wrong with being a 'socialist'; or, what is right about being a capitalist?
Do you really think you have gained enough clout to float that level of stupidity?
What's wrong with socialism?
Let's start with 300 million captive, peace time people murdered.
But hey, the great socialist - the democrats "Uncle Joe" Stalin said "you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs," so genocide is cool with the democrats.
Would it be incorrect to suggest a 'socialist' focuses on the human element; and the 'capitalist' focuses on the profit (notice I didn't write, "******* capitalist")?
However you term it, it is utterly ignorant and reveals your complete lack of understanding of the terms in use.
It is incorrect.
Prior to Fascist Care, the ownership of the means of produciton in the USA was infinitesimal. The offering of welfare does not rise to socialism.
The most common term is "the welfare state."
We are a market driven economy, AKA a capitalist system.
Today we can drive from coast to coast, safely and with few fees. Isn't our highway system a form of socialism?
No, and that you even ask the question reveals your abject ignorance of the subject.
Not for profit, it is patrolled by government employees and maintained by government employees (even though some work is done by private contractors, jobs on our highways are done under contract with a government agency).
So, in your alleged mind, any government service, is "socialism?"
