The problem is white racism in general. LBJ's Great Society didn't do anything. and Republicans have been governors and Mayors in New York. Why is it that you Republicans try blaming everything on Democtats? The last 2 Republican presidents fucked up the entire country. Bush had republican majorities in both houses for 6 out of his 8 years and left a depression created by Republican deregulation. My state implemented the ultimate Republican plan, tax cuts for the rich, which were supposed to trickle down amd create a great economy. This was the result:Do lefties really believe that (white) republicans are responsible for black ignorance in the Bronx after a hundred years of failed federal education sponsored by democrats not to mention LBJ's ironically named "Great Society" that substituted poverty pimps for a black family structure and fifty years of democrat party leadership in NY? WTF is this babe talking about?
The Kansas experiment was a controversial tax policy and agenda by Kansas Governor Sam Brownback in 2012 that had lasting effects in the state of Kansas from May 2012 until June 2017. It drew widespread attention following Kansas Senate Bill Substitute HB 2117, a bill signed into law by Brownback in May 2012. It was one of the largest income tax cuts in the state's history. The Kansas experiment has also been called the "Great Kansas Tax Cut Experiment", the "Red-state experiment", "the tax experiment in Kansas", and "one of the cleanest experiments for how tax cuts affect economic growth in the U.S." The cuts were based on model legislation published by the conservative American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), supported by supply-side economist Arthur Laffer, and anti-tax leader Grover Norquist.] The law cut taxes by US $231 million in its first year, and cuts were projected to total US $934 million annually after six years, by eliminating taxes on business income for the owners of almost 200,000 businesses and cutting individual income tax rates.
Brownback compared his tax policies with those of Ronald Reagan, and described them as "a real live experiment", which would be a "shot of adrenaline into the heart of the Kansas economy", and predicted that by 2020 they would have created an additional 23,000 jobs. By 2017, state revenues had fallen by hundreds of millions of dollars, causing spending on roads, bridges, and education to be slashed. With economic growth remaining consistently below average, the Republican Legislature of Kansas voted to roll back the cuts; although Brownback vetoed the repeal, the legislature succeeded in overriding his veto.

Every state that had a Repubican governor tried similiar things and they created things like the Flint water crisis and the ongoing problems in Jackson Mississippi. Instead of looking at the failures of national and state republican policy, the right disingenuously tries blaming cities ran by black mayors. It's another dogwhistle used in the white rght wing race hustle.
