Yes, this is the difference. He learned just how corrupt the government is in the interim between his first and second term, and he had four years to prepare.

When you think about it, it might have ultimately been to the benefit of America - taking the long view - that the Dems got away with their steal in 2020. He would not have had the knowledge he now has, or the motivation, to take on the Herculean task of dismantling the corrupt federal government and restoring true democracy.

Trump is the Nazi and public opinion is turning against Trump. What Trump is doing is unconstitutional. I suppose helping people is waste. The corruption is being provided by Trump who is cashing in on his presidency by forcing companies to pay him off. That is corruption.
