I know some of us are senior citizens. I'm one of them.

I like music, some debates and learning new things.
This guy reminded me about times growing up, like riding a bus downtown to the movies and taking the last bus back home at midnight. Roller skating.
Later, concerts in the late 1960s threw out the 70s up till now.

I'm 85 and still young at heart, even with the triple bypass.

I do look younger than I am. I was talking with a lady yesterday who thought that I was about her age, 60. When I mentioned my age, she went into a confused state sorta. I don't think she knew how to process it.

The last doctor I saw was so 'flabbergasted' that he said it twice.

What do you do for enjoyment?
We go to the beach a couple times a year and it is less than 2 hour trip;
Went to drive in theatre a couple years ago which was fun, Maybe go again if a good movie comes out.
Like to take the dogs down the river again soon. They love it. We do have to watch for gators especially now that its mating season.

I'm still working, which I love. I spend time with my grown kids often. My lifelong love is bowhunting but cataracts in my sighting eye have put the damper on that. I hope to have my vision fully restored next year with cataract surgery so I can take to the woods again.

I feel 25 just my joints remind me I am 66:) I enjoy the outdoors and other activities. Labor work is a minimum so I wont end up in a wheelchair. Swimming ,walking some body weight exercise. Reading staying up on current events and always looking for opportunities takes up my time.

Whats worse than being behind a old driver? I know , it's being behind an old person in a E-350 Van.
It's also dangerous for the oldster, II know because that's what hubby and I ride in and people pass you cussing, shooting you the bird and so far nobody has done any worse than that.
So many maniacs from up north moved here in our little town and it's much worse now. They want this to be like the places they ran from, I guess.

You're at the age when you should start taking better care of your health. ;)

I bought a bow and arrow about 5 years ago and all it did for me was put whelps on my arm. Hubby did better with it.
I take to the woods all the time, saving trees from vines and cutting out trails to walk. I was using a manchette but that got too cumbersome so now it's just lopper's, or hubby brings out pole saw.
My donkey used to help me or thats what she thought she was doing,[ ] miss my ass, matter of fact, both of them'] snatching a vine now and then, the dogs do the same thing till they learn vines bite back.
I have cataracs too, although I'm waiting till vision gets worse.

You were warned you would go blind if you kept doing that.

Remember How Great Nostalgia Used to Be?

Let me go look up Nostalgia ,be right back. Yep it still works for me to go back now and then.
One good thing about being old is reruns, since you forgot much of the movie, anyway. And I love old movies like Gypsey, Spartacus, Long Hot Summer, etc, etc, etc,

Old? Yep. You know you are old when you have to plan how to get up off the floor. My trigger finger is like a 20-year-old, IM2.

milley miss me.webp
